Terms of Service

By accessing or using the NEXUS Protocol platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NEXUS Protocol Ltd.

NEXUS Protocol is fully non-custodial. We do not hold, control, or have access to your digital assets, private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials at any time. All credentials are processed client-side using AES-256 encryption and are never transmitted to our servers in unencrypted form.

You are solely responsible for: (a) the security of your own wallet credentials and seed phrases; (b) ensuring you are using the genuine NEXUS Protocol website; (c) all transactions initiated through your connected wallet; and (d) compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

You may not use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctioned activities, market manipulation, or any prohibited activity. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations without notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. NEXUS PROTOCOL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXUS PROTOCOL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF DIGITAL ASSETS.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the ICC Arbitration Rules.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance. We will provide notice of material changes via the platform.
