⚡ Wallet won't connect
Ensure your browser extension is unlocked and up to date. Try refreshing the page. If using WalletConnect, regenerate the QR code. Clear browser cache if issue persists.
💸 Transaction stuck / pending
Use our Transaction Repair service to clear nonce issues and rebroadcast. For EVM chains, speed up by replacing the transaction with higher gas. Our protocol handles this automatically.
🔐 Staking rewards not showing
Reward sync can lag up to 24 hours on some validators. Use the Points & Rewards service to force a manual sync. If still missing after 48 hours, open a support ticket.
🌉 Bridge funds not arrived
Cross-chain transfers can take 5-20 minutes depending on source chain finality. Check the transaction hash on both source and destination explorers. Our Bridge service can recover stuck assets.
🎁 Airdrop not received
Verify wallet eligibility using our Airdrop Claim service. Ensure the correct wallet was registered in the snapshot. Some airdrops require claiming within specific windows.
